I can be honest. I started running for one reason only: Look good naked Because it didn’t require a lot of “gear”. Just a pair of shoes, some old basketball shorts and you were off and running. Of course, as I’ve spiraled through the various levels of running addition (current level: even my pee smells like Gatorade) I’ve collected all sorts of running gear. But, one thing that remains constant? Shoes and Shorts. Without those you can’t even toe the line.
Fortunately, websites like OnlineShoes.com have stepped in to fill the gap for people like me who (when they are not running) have a keyboard attached to their fingers. As you might expect, they are an online store. . . . .that sells shoes. . . . and clothing. . . . . and about everything else that you’d need to run. Simple! The thing I like about shopping online is that I can do it while at work compare shoes side by side based on weight, look, etc. It seems that a lot of my local running stores don't have all of the shoes that I'd like to see in stock anyway so I have started to gravitate towards buying online more and more.

Brooks were the first “run specific” shoes that I bought. (Shoes that I would wear for tempo runs, or races, or trail running) I picked up a pair of Brooks Green Silence racing shoes (wow, which I just saw are on sale on OnlineShoes.com for 63 bucks!!) which can be seen in this 100% natural, non-staged, picture of me wrapping some Christmas presents.
